ABOUT PAT . . . .
Pat has been an active real estate professional for over 20 years. She began her real estate career in 1985 as a new agent in New Jersey. Hard work and her ability to gain client trust won her a place among the top 10% of her company’s agents in less than 2 years.
Pat quickly was selected to serve with a handful of local agents to work exclusively with corporate transferees in the sale and purchase of their homes. This experience honed her skills in pricing property and preparing homes for market conditions. She completed numerous Broker Market Analysis (BMA’s), managed corporate inventory properties and served as an advisor to companies developing their own relocation policies. In addition, Pat helped manage large corporate group moves with Anheuser-Busch, TWA and The May Company. She was recruited by Cendant Mobility, the largest relocation company in the world, to fill the Destination Consultant position in St. Louis, where she more than double the conversion rate of transferees involved in that Program. She was cited for Excellence in Customer Service while in this position.
In 1997, Pat was relocated to San Antonio. Pat chose to work again in residential real estate sales while integrating sales and marketing training into her career. Pat is committed to professional education. She has taught Sales and Marketing workshops to area Realtors through the San Antonio Board of Realtor since 2001. Her personal designations include the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and the coveted Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) from the Employee Relocation Council.
Her contributions to the San Antonio Real Estate market have also been recognized by her peers and the industry. She has been awarded the prestigious “Platinum Top 50 Realtor” designation for the past five consecutive years. In addition, in 2007, the Keller Williams Legacy family selected Pat to receive the Keller Williams Eagle Award, in recognition of her consistent selfless contribution to the Market Center operations.
Pat also holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. Pat Acquisto & Associates were named the Top Listing Team for Legacy Group Realtors in 2006.
